Breakfast:
-fresh peach 
-coffee, with honey

Lunch:
-Chicken Salad; leftover lemon roast chicken, sweet onion, celery, mayo, basil (dry), and pepper
-Leftover Grain Free Tabouli
-red & orange bell pepper slices 
-dates for dessert

Snacks:
-raw yogurt

Dinner:
-Leftover Chicken Salad from lunch
-Leftover Grain Free Tabouli
-Beef Broth

Supplements:
-1 tsp Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm) with breakfast
-1 tsp Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm) with dinner
No foot or leg cramps last night.

Dairy:
Week 5 of dairy reintroduction: nothing new this week

Energy Level:
OK.

Mood:
Good.

Brain Power:
Good.

Back pain:
A bit of that between the shoulder blades stuff.

Foot pain:
Mild in both feet.

Knee Pain:
A bit in the left knee when sitting.

Heartburn:
None.
