Comments:
My sugar cravings seem to have gone away on their own. I had a bunless hotdog for lunch today and almost didn't miss the bun. Almost =p
I think getting up to pee more at night is die off. I have had it happen at various times since I started doing GAPS. I liked seeing that you had some protein for your first meal, I could not tolerate fruit right off the bat in the morning. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Starlene,
ReplyDeleteI never thought of it as being a die-off thing. You are probably right. I'll have to pay more attention and see if it happens again. It didn't last night.
Yah, I know, me and my fruit for breakfast. Naughty.
We're opposites, I haven't been able to tolerate fat and protein first thing in the morning. It makes me feel sick. I'm trying to add it in a bit at a time. Plus fresh and local fruit is starting to disappear around here. Boo hoo.
