Breakfast:
-coffee with honey

Lunch:
-leftover Faker Potato Salad with Cauliflower
-Pepperoni stick from Sumas Mountain Farms, not GAPS legal
-Bubbies dill pickle 
-Tomatoes with Peanut Sauce

Snacks:
-crispy peanuts, Nourishing Traditions pg. 513

Dinner:
-leftover Faker Potato Salad with Cauliflower
-raw carrots, yellow and orange bell peppers, and cucumbers with Peanut Sauce to dip
-Chicken Broth
-Homemade Sauerkraut
-blueberries for dessert

Day 22 no dairy

Energy Level:
Tired today. I always feel wiped after an excursion.

Mood:
OK, but easily frazzled.

Brain Power:
In the realm of foggy.

Back pain:
Felt good today. Two days of not spending a lot of time in the kitchen = no between the shoulder blades pain. Yay.

Foot pain:
No sharp pains in my right foot today.
Mild pain in both feet through the day.

Knee Pain:
Mild pain in left knee when climbing stairs or sitting.

Heartburn:
None.
