Full-Gaps Day 30 (Pre-Intro)

Breakfast:
-coffee with honey
-fresh plums

Lunch:
-Egg salad stuffed into bell peppers, topped with romaine lettuce
-Bubbies pickle

Snacks:
-Crispy walnuts, cashews and hazelnuts, recipe in Nourishing Traditions
-dried apricots, figs, and prunes
-roasted peanuts in shell

Dinner:
-Open faced hamburgers with coconut flour pancakes
-Homemade sauerkraut

Dairy:
Day 27 no dairy

OK.

Mood:
OK.

Brain Power:
Pretty good.

Back pain:
Back felt fine this morning.

Foot pain:
Mild pain in both feet through the day.

Knee Pain:
Mild pain in left knee when climbing stairs or sitting.

None

Last nights sleep:
Had a way better sleep last night and got enough hours in. Felt sleepy when I woke up, but a shower took care of that.
