-Leftover salsa

Dinner:
-Oven BBQ's Chicken Thighs
-cucumber slices with unprocessed salt and fresh ground pepper
-homemade sauerkraut
-red wine

Supplements:
-1 tsp Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm) in the morning

Week 1 of dairy re-introduction: Ghee
No ghee today.

Back pain:
No low back pain this morning.
A tiny bit of between the shoulder blades pain this afternoon.

Foot pain:
Very mild pain in both feet through the day.

Knee Pain:
Very mild pain in left knee when climbing stairs or sitting.

None.

Last nights sleep:
Good, except I woke up around 4:30am and it took a while to get back to sleep.
