-none (oops)

-Crispy walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, & pecans

Dinner:
-Oven BBQ'd Chicken Thighs
-Leftover Easy Coleslaw 
-Beef broth
-red wine
-store bought roasted almonds and cashews

Supplements:
-1 tsp Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm) in the morning

Dairy:
Week 3 of dairy re-introduction: raw butter
So far so good with the raw butter. No measurable reaction with either of us.

Last nights sleep:
I went to bed too late, but at least I slept better. Six hours uninterrupted. Nice.

Comments:
We stayed at The Fiancé's parents too late tonight. Gotta get to bed so I'm not too much of a mess to shoot the wedding tomorrow.
