Full-Gaps Day 26 (Pre-Intro)

Breakfast:
-coffee with honey
-fresh peach

Lunch:
-leftover Faker Potato Salad with Cauliflower
-Bubbies dill pickle 
-Salad of cucumber, orange bell pepper, tomato, carrot, and crispy cashews with Peanut Sauce as dressing

Snacks:
-none

Dinner:
-Salmon fillet fried in virgin coconut oil
-Carrot Fries with Curry Mayo
-Homemade Sauerkraut
-blueberries for dessert

Dairy:
Day 23 no dairy

Energy Level:
Felt good when I woke up. Crashed this afternoon and had a nap.

Mood:
Snarky.

Brain Power:
I didn't feel foggy this morning, but it came back this afternoon.

Back pain:
Wasn't stiff when I woke up this morning. Didn't get the pain between the shoulder blades today. Yay.

Foot pain:
Foot pain wasn't bad when I first got up.
Mild pain in both feet through the day.

Knee Pain:
Mild pain in left knee when climbing stairs or sitting.

Heartburn:
None.

(.) weirdness. Still spotting, but barely.

Last nights sleep:
Good, weird dreams this morning. I think I was back in elementary school?

Comments:
Closing in on the 30 day mark on full GAPS. There have been changes, but they aren't all good. Feeling blah today.
