Full-Gaps Day 32 (Pre-Intro)

Breakfast:
-coffee with honey
-fresh peach

Lunch:
-Leftover Red Curry Turkey Soup, with a tsp of ghee added

Snacks:
-Crispy walnuts, cashews, peanuts, and hazelnuts, recipe in Nourishing Traditions
-dried date, figs, and apricots

Dinner:
-Leftover Red Curry Turkey Soup
-Bubbies pickle

Dairy:
Day 1 of dairy re-introduction
1 tsp ghee added to soup at lunch. 
I don't feel anything one way or the other. 
The Fiancé said he got a bit congested, but I made that soup smoking spicy hot so that could have been it too. Ha ha on us.
Guess that wasn't the best thing to try our first dairy in 4 weeks out in :-)

Energy Level:
OK this morning.
Tired, but manageable this afternoon.

Mood:
OK.

Brain Power:
Better than fuzzy.

Back pain:
A little bit of low back pain this morning, but it went away quickly.
Between the shoulder blades pain while working in the kitchen this morning and afternoon.

Foot pain:
Mild pain in both feet through the day.

Knee Pain:
Mild pain in left knee when climbing stairs or sitting.

Heartburn:
None

Good.

Comments:
First day of dairy! How exciting... except that I put our ghee into a very flavourful soup and couldn't taste it at all. Hmm. Gotta rethink that.
