OK, but easily frazzled.

Back pain:
Low back didn't hurt at all today.
Pain between the shoulder blades got really bad this afternoon.
Foot pain:
Mild pain in both feet through the day.

Mild pain in left knee when climbing stairs or sitting.

Last nights sleep:
Good. More weird dreams. In one I got in a fight with my mom because she was using inhumane methods to trap raccoons. Where do these crazy dreams come from?? Too funny :-)
Comments:
We will be starting to introduce dairy in the next day or so. The plan is to start with ghee, then raw yogurt, then butter, then kefir, and then see what happens from there. I'll probably take a week to evaluate each addition. I'm very curious to see if or how they affect The Fiancé's allergies and if they do anything to me.
