  1. I really dislike waking to an alarm. I hit the snooze button f.o.r.e.v.e.r. and the sound of it is just so annoying. Finally I struck a deal with my hubby, who is always up earlier than me (2:30am to my 4)... if he wants me to milk the goats, then he should wake me up. Poor guy, he HATES waking people up, but he hates milking even more. :-) No back pain! Whoo!

  2. Hi Starlene,
Lol, I HATE waking up to an alarm too :-)
The alarm clock I have is a beeping one, but it starts really quiet and slowly amps up to annoying so I can turn it off long before it gets to the point of terrifying.

I'm hoping this is a short term solution for me to reset my internal wake up clock. Over the last few months I've been staying up later and later so I'm sleeping later and later too. Then when I try to go to bed earlier, cuz you should have lights out by 10pm for good adrenal health, I can't fall asleep and end up sleeping in again.

I feel so much more energetic and productive in the morning... if I only got out of bed so I could experience that, ha ha.

And OMGosh your hubby starts his day at 2:30am?? That's when mine is heading to bed, lol. He's a major night owl.
