Full-Gaps Day 42 (Pre-Intro)

Breakfast:
-coffee with honey
-fresh cherries

Lunch:
-banana and crispy pecans fried in ghee with a drizzle of honey.
(I have no idea where that came from... had a craving, but I've never cooked a banana before in my life. Weird, right?)

Snacks:
-none

Dinner:
-Marinated Flank Steak
-Carrot fries with curry mayo
-tomato slices
-homemade sauerkraut

Supplements:
-1 tsp Magnesium Citrate (Natural Calm) in the morning

Dairy:
Week 2 of dairy re-introduction: nothing :-)

Energy Level:
Low-OK.

Mood:
OK.

Brain Power:
OK.

Back pain:
No low back pain this morning.
Dinner was quick so no between the shoulder blades pain.

Foot pain:
Very mild pain in both feet through the day.

Knee Pain:
Didn't notice any knee pain today.

Heartburn:
None.

Last nights sleep:
Good.

Comments:
The construction guys are driving me nuts. They say they will be by the next day and then show up three days later. Grrr.

  1. Mmmmm, your banana/pecan concoction sounds yummy. I have cooked banana before but I've put peanut butter on it while it's hot. Yummy. I'm really glad you are tolerating dairy so well. I miss it.

    It was yummy, but The Fiancé wasn't sure what to make of it for lunch, lol. Peanut butter sounds like it would be really good too. Maybe I read on your blog that you cooked bananas and that's where I got the idea from...?

    Yes, so far so good with the dairy. I'm pretty sure it won't be a problem for me. We'll see as I'm trying to add stuff in slowly to gage our reactions. It will be interesting to see if there is any issue with The Fiancé and his asthma/allergies.

    I hope that some day you are able to have dairy again :-)
