First Post

For the last few years I've thought about writing down my progress and thoughts on health. Some of the things that rattle around in my head might end up helping someone else find answers. I'm hoping that someday this blog will expand into that. For now, it will record my progress on GAPS as I try to heal my Adrenal Fatigue and messed up hormones.

I spend a lot of time feeling tired and have learned to not over do it. That said, my commitment will be to post a daily report including the food we eat with recipes. I see GAPS as yet another step toward healing my body. I have very high hopes that it will end up being a large part of the puzzle.
