Preparing for GAPS

For the last few weeks we have been slowly moving towards what is called "full GAPS". Today was pretty close. We have put our raw milk share on hold. We are fortunate to have been members for the last few years and love our milk. GAPS guidelines say to cut out all dairy for at least 4-6 weeks and then slowly reintroduce it. So, no milk for the first time in years today. I'm craving it. There was a little cheese left so we ate some of that, but when it's gone, it's gone.

I haven't been making bread or doing any baking for the last month, trying to slowly cut out the grains and starches. We've had a few groups of friends and family over and did have a few crackers left from that, but they will be gone soon.

Other than those few things we are full GAPS. My plan is to start GAPS intro in a couple of weeks.
