Full-Gaps Day 6 (Pre-Intro)

-coffee w/ honey
-Herbal Iced Tea
-2 eggs from pastured chickens fried in coconut oil

-BLT with no bread. The turkey bacon wasn't GAPS legal, but we needed to use it up.
-Beef broth
-Herbal Iced Tea

-dried apricots
-crispy almonds

-Hamburgers with Coconut Flour "Buns"
-Zucchini Noodles with Dairy-Free Pesto

Day 4 no dairy

Energy Level:
Good this morning, but got tired around 3pm. Probably due to the super early morning and lack of sleep last night.

Good. Cranky after dinner. Felt like a zombie.

Back pain:
Low back wasn't stiff this morning. 
Pain between the shoulder blades today when washing dishes.
Low back pain toward the end of the night.

Foot pain:
Mild pain in left foot.

Knee Pain:
Left knee has eased off a bit today and is only mildly annoying.

None today.

Day of cycle:
2 (.)

Last nights sleep:
Good, but woke up at 4 am. Stared at ceiling for an hour and got up and 5am. Ick.

Felt super hungry after getting up this morning.
At 3pm felt like I could take a nap, but didn't. Want to get to bed earlier tonight.
