-Carrot Fries with Curry Mayo Dip

Energy Level:
Good. Start of "high time".
Got a bit tired by 5pm.
Mood:
Good. Start of "high time".
Back pain:
Stiff in the morning, basically can't bend. Feels better after I've been up and moving around for a bit.
More dishes and cleaning veggies at the sink resulting in stabbing pain between the shoulder blades.
Low back pain toward the end of the night
Foot pain:
Mild in left foot.
Knee Pain:
Pain in left knee mostly when sitting or climbing stairs.
Heartburn:
A little after lunch, didn't have to take anything.
