Full-Gaps Day 3 (Pre-Intro)

-coffee w/ honey

-Scrambled Eggs with Veggies
-Homemade Ketchup
-Herbal Iced Tea

-dried figs
-beef broth

-Leftover Meatloaf with Veggies
-Sautéed Baby Bok Choy

Day 1 no dairy

Energy Level:
Good. Start of "high time".
Got a tired by 3pm.

Good until around 3pm then cranky. Must have something to do with having cravings and heartburn.

Back pain:
Stiff in the morning, basically can't bend. Feels better after I've been up and moving around for a bit.
Dishes and cleaning veggies at the sink result in stabbing pain between the shoulder blades.
Low back pain toward the end of the night.

Foot pain:
Left foot was a bit worse today.

Knee Pain:
Pain in left knee mostly when sitting or climbing stairs. 
Seemed worse today.

Mild after the figs... hmmm. Had them about 2 hours after lunch. This is the first day I've felt cravings for grains/starch.
Had it again after the broth. It got bad enough that I took 1 tums.

Day of cycle:
39 (holy crap)

I have the munchies big time today.
