One or more of the following chopped up:
Radishes
Zucchini
Tomato
Avocado
Cucumber
Red, orange or yellow peppers
Our fav combos are tomato & avocado and peppers & cukes.
In a bowl, combine the chopped veggies, a splash of fresh lemon or lime juice, and a sprinkle of celtic salt.
Who knew something so simple could taste so good?
