Full-Gaps Day 1 (Pre-Intro)

Breakfast:
-glass of water with lemon juice
-banana
-coffee w/ honey

Lunch:
-Chicken Salad Lettuce Wrap
-Red pepper and cucumber slices
-Herbal Iced Tea

Snacks:
-cherries

Dinner:
-Mashed Cauliflower
-Meatloaf with Veggies
-Simple Veggie Salad
-Strawberries w/honey 

Energy Level:
Good. Start of "high time".

Mood:
Good

Back pain:
Stiff in the morning, basically can't bend. Feels better after I've been up for a bit.
This afternoon I was cleaning strawberries at the kitchen sink and now have stabbing pain between my shoulder blades.
Low back pain toward the end of the night

Foot pain:
Mild in left foot. Nothing my trusty crocs can't take care of.

Knee Pain:
Pain in left knee mostly when sitting or climbing stairs.

Heartburn:
A little before bed. Not horrible like usual.
