This recipe contains fermented dairy so it's OK for those who are full GAPS and have already added dairy back in.
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup creme fraiche
kefir
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp green onion or finely diced sweet onion
1-2 tbsp fresh herbs (can use dill, parsley, basil) or 1 tsp dried
salt and pepper
Mix mayo and creme fraiche. Add garlic, lemon, herbs and mix. Use kefir to thin to desired consistency. Add salt & pepper to taste.
