Full-Gaps Day 4 (Pre-Intro)

Breakfast:
-water with lemon when I wake up
-nectarine
-coffee w/ honey
-Herbal Iced Tea

Lunch:
-Leftover Meatloaf with Veggies with mayo & mustard wrapped in lettuce
-Quick Veggie Soup
-Herbal Iced Tea

Snacks:
-none

Dinner:
-Leftover Meatloaf with Veggies
-Leftover Quick Veggie Soup

Dairy:
Day 2 no dairy

Energy Level:
OK.

Mood:
Good.

Back pain:
Stiff in the morning, basically can't bend. Feels better after I've been up and moving around for a bit.
Didn't get the pain between the shoulder blades today.
Low back pain toward the end of the night.

Foot pain:
Mild pain in left foot.

Knee Pain:
Mild pain in left knee. Mostly when sitting or climbing stairs.

Heartburn:
None today.

Day of cycle:
40 (good grief)

Comments:
Pretty good day. No cravings.
